Henry (Harry) Sullivan was born in Caernarfon. He enlisted in Caerphilly in the 2nd Battalion, Welsh Regiment: Sergeant Harry Sullivan, 2505. He died of wounds on the 9th October 1918. He is commemmorated at Tincourt New British Cemetery, Somme, France, Plot 8, Row F, Grave 29. Tincourt is a village about 7 km east of Peronne and Tincourt New British Cemetery is on the west side of the village, just off the D199.
